OUR FIRST CLEANING VISIT
Our first cleaning visit is a heavy, deep cleaning. It would be virtually impossible for our teams to "skip" our first time cleaning routine, and try to carry on maintaining your home in a satisfactory fashion. It is not uncommon for our teams to spend two to three times longer on the first cleaning than we spend thereafter on regular visits.
WHAT WE DO EVERY TIME WE VISIT
Living areas and bedrooms:
- Polish furniture
- All decor/knick knacks and interior window sills dusted
- Vacuum rugs and carpets
- Main entry windows cleaned
- Wash floors by hand (a floor mop may be used through the center of larger open hardwood floor areas)
Bathrooms:
- Light fixtures dusted
- Mirrors cleaned
- All decor/knick knacks and interior window sills dusted
- Countertops and back splash cleaned
- Sinks scrubbed and shined
- Showers and tubs cleaned
- All faucet fixtures shined
- Toilets cleaned
- Cabinet hardware shined
- Floors washed by hand
Kitchens:
- Countertops and back splash cleaned
- Sinks scrubbed and shined
- Faucet fixtures shined
- All decor/knick knacks and interior window sills dusted
- All appliances wiped down
- Microwave cleaned inside and out
- Stove top and drip pans cleaned
- Cabinet hardware shined
- Floors washed by hand
